猫に薬を与える時に使う器具です。シロップ薬の場合は、器具本体にシリコンの乳首を装着して吸わせます。錠剤の場合は、薬を装着した器具先端が猫の口の奥に入ったのを確認し、ポンプを押して薬を飲み込ませます。
